What have been your biggest challenges?

The only glitch that occurred was that at the time of opening, someone pointed out the lack of physician “ownership” to the NC Medical Board. Bruno and Joyner were questioned and the Board was satisfied with the contractual arrangements that included job descriptions for the PAs and a well-written contract.
