Sampson Medical Services, P.A. was founded in 1996 with just 2 exam rooms and 1 office area. Ann Lewis used her experience in her first practice, started in 1994 in tiny Surf City, NC to plan and develop the current practice. She has been very successful and opened a new site for the practice in January 2003. The new facility has 4000 square feet with 8 exam rooms, a large treatment room, a laboratory, break room a large lobby, medical records area, a front office/reception area, an administrative office, 3 rest rooms, and offices for two providers. Currently Ann is the sole provider in the practice.
