How is your practice organized?

I have got some very good physicians who are enlightened about working with CMWs and NPs. Plus I have a contract with the Air force which utilizes CMWs a great deal, just like in Europe.

Every year, I take everybody on a retreat. We are all very engaged in the whole practice and occasionally we have dinner meetings to discuss the practice.

At our clinic, we make decisions as a team. The physicians don’t make the decisions alone and the CNM doesn’t---we have team meetings and decide together.
