What have been your biggest challenges?

I have had to deal with many hurdles in setting up practice especially with regards to finances -- mainly because obstetricians have dominated the market here for so long. I haven’t really had trouble getting patients, however, it is true that the American female has been acculturated to the idea of receiving care from an obstetrician.

I do put in a lot of time on the practice. I usually take care of practice administration from 5pm-9pm probably 4-5 times per week. I don’t have office managers, but I have two main office people.
