What do you do for information systems?

Billing System: I bought my billing system at an auction for 10% of its value. I would not have invested in it as a start up otherwise. I had tried a billing service but I didn't like the cost or the extra copying of insurance cards and superbills. The company I worked with, charged 35 cents per form for the online billing however the direct online billing would be preferable I think. Upgrading is a major obstacle.
