How did you finance your start up and how do you maintain your finances?

We obtained start-up financing through our work with a managed care company that wanted to provide Medicaid Managed Care in the community and provided some startup funding. In addition, we the owners provided some personal funds.

The practice is currently sustained by revenues generated from the practice as well as the additional revenue that is available through participating with the RHC program as well as continued minimal support from the principal owners.

The billing and administrative portion of the practice is always a difficult situation. We currently utilize a contracted service to provide billing services
