Examples:

• I always know when I have a sinus infection, because I'm congested, my ears hurt, I can feel mucous in the back of my throat, and my snot is green!
  
  
• I’ve had this burning in my chest before. I usually can feel bile coming
  up into my throat, especially if I’m lying down.
