Choose a health policy issue in your workplace or community that directly impacts health care costs,
quality or access. Craft a policy relevant solution that will reduce costs, increase access and/or improve quality. Develop a 2 page proposal as follows:

1. Background

• What is the current problem?
• Stakeholders—who is involved?
  

2. Cost Quality Access

• Characterize the tensions between cost-quality-access to health care
  

3. Policy recommendations

• Craft policy solutions, are they institutional level, local state, national or federal in scope?
• How does the policy solution reduce costs or increase health care access or quality?
